Let's face it. Faded, yellow newspaper clippings do not translate to good images. This photo was taken during one of my numerous summer school sessions in the early eighties.
To put some perspective on the photo, I'm standing in the water fountain outside the student center of my alma mater NCSU (BS Computer Science, 1985). The water fountain was a great place to catch some rays, drink a few colds ones and cool off on a hot day (if don't mind green, slimy water). It made the front page of the Raleigh News & Observer if I remember correctly.
