To be honest I don't watch tv anymore. I spend that time reading or bouncing around the Internet. Both are a much more rewarding experience.
The few shows that I do find entertaining include Alton Brown's Good Eats, re-runs of the X-Files, the occasional mystery on A+E or PBS or ESPN's Sports Center.
